»Growling Frog«, the growling frog, graces two Australian wines from Scotts Creek that Rindchen’s Weinkontor brings exclusively to the shelf: a soft, chocolatey Shiraz and a lush Chardonnay from South Australia.
The name references the wetlands along the Murray River, where the frog world is still thriving. This same carefree, tongue-in-cheek mood was meant to come through on the label – full of character and distinctive, but never overly serious.
My Services
At the center is a hand-drawn illustration: a tree frog curled up among leaves. Deep green-blue for the Shiraz, bright yellow-green for the Chardonnay – giving each varietal its own presence while clearly belonging together as a duo.
From the initial illustration to the print-ready final artwork, I handled the complete label design – including the clean technical preparation for printing.
